Ron ended up at the Urologist today after test showed blood in his urine yesterday and not infection. He has had a very rough past two days and even though we have been told his kidneys appear to be okay at this point.... there is obviously something going on. Dr. Cline wants to do a CT scan of his bladder to rule out tumors that sometimes will cause blood in the urine but he has to okay it with Dr Brinkley ( the oncologist) to run the contrast needed for the scan. The very first Ct that they did 4 weeks ago in the ER showed his prostate very enlarged. They did blood work today that will tell us if Ron has prostate cancer as well. We should have results tomorrow. Please pray for him tonight as he is under a tremendous burden of physical pain and emotional stress. His first radiation treatment was today at 4 pm. They are applying radiation to his femur and hip and also there is a very bad place on his spine. They feel this is where most of his rib pain is coming from in general. We aren't sure why he is so sick tonight but has been throwing up and not feeling well since we got home. Please pray we find answers to these other problems soon. Thanks for all your prayers.
